Moving my apartment into my temperature controlled storage unit was a great experience. Indoor facility was really clean. Saw many security cameras and I like the Bluetooth locking feature. I fit most of my stuff in a 10x10 unit- bed frame, couch, breakfast table set, and some clothing racks

Ask for Kedzie, as she will do right by you in all ways like she did us, great place, ease of use, access, and even cost, thankfully.

Very clean!! Easy to work with.

This is a relatively new facility is seems to be well secured and convenient to Michigan State University. We are storing our daughters things there for the summer until the fall semester starts. The electronic locks make the storage process easy.

Kenzie and Brendan were very helpful and accommodating! Kenzie was patient and helped to work out some concerns and put us into the right unit.

We have boat storage and a small locker at EL Storage. Kenzie is amazing at helping us. She is professional and competent at explaining our options and treating us with respect.

The customer service was outstanding (that's an understatement). Specifically, Brendan went above and beyond to help me figure out which unit would best fit what I needed given my unforeseen circumstances. Also, I was able to get set up and access my unit in a very timely manner. The facility is very safe and utilizes easy-to-use convenient technology. I will definitely refer others to East Lansing Storage in the future.

Beautiful clean spaces, equipped with modern gadgets, very safe and tolerant. We left our staff in the storage for 3months without paying anything but they were able to work with us amicably.

This place is incredible. My unit has Bluetooth doors and everything is totally accessible by my phone. I dealt a lot with Kenzie when I was getting going with my unit and she is incredible! I have been very impressed with this place. It’s clean, new, safe, and is run by good people. I highly recommend!

This place has been a life saver for me, I am constantly all over the state and sometimes out of the state, and I'll get a delivery that I am unable to be there for. Thankfully East Lansing Storage will let them in, and sign for the delivery for me. I'll get a text and email stating my unit has been accessed and the delivery was secured in my unit. Kenzie always greets me with a smile, and a fabulous attitude. Always makes me feel welcome! It takes a lot of my plate! Thank you ELS!

I’ve had my car and belongings stored here for several months with no issues. The process to move in was painless, the units are nice and clean, and the app system to access gates and doors is super slick. I’m especially impressed with the level of service from Kenzie in the front office. It’s a dying art. She goes out of her way to accommodate my needs, answers all questions with grace and even went so far as demonstrating how her car would fit into the unit. It’s refreshing to deal with reasonable and kind humans.

I had a great experience here! Moving into college can be a hassle but they made the storage part super easy. I especially liked the bluetooth locks that they have because I was able to unlock my unit from my phone and I’ve never seen anything like it and thought it was very cool and easy to use. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They also make it feel like home with the Christmas lights outside! I just overall had a great time and will be using them again and recommend them to anyone that needs storage in the east lansing area!

The security fencing and cameras give peace of mind, while the bluetooth access makes it easy for my family to get into the unit if needed. I love the option for indoor storage thru the crazy Michigan weather And the app interface is great! Being able to share an access link to people helping me move is an invaluable resource to get things done faster. I am disabled and they helped make sure I got units close to access doors, etc. This has been a great experience so far hands down!

I’ve been to multiple storage places in the past and east lansing storage is the best by far! It’s very secure which makes me feel comfortable with my belongings being there. Looking for a storage unit for my Spartan and discovered that other storage rental businesses would not reserve a unit beyond one week!! I wanted to ensure we had a unit and one week before needing it was too short and unreliable amount of time for me. Then I came across East Lansing Storage. The would take a reservation without restrictions. The employees with whom I did have contact were pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. The place was still under construction during our rental period, but that did not effect us at all. They did access our unit twice due to rain, but informed us prior to entry. I appreciated their diligence in that regard as we are not in the area to be able to check ourselves. That was not intrusive in my perception, rather dedicated service to ensure customer satisfaction and item safety. I would 100% use this facility again. Their ability to take a reservation, 24 hour access, keyless entry codes, reasonable pricing, insurance available right there, and above and beyond quality service are what made this not only my choice, but a very great experience.

Came to leave information and someone was cleaning units and left office open... It is 5:30 and it said they will not be back until 6:00 so what are we supposed to do????(Next day) Karen the property manager apologized for problems and was great to work with... She fixed all paperwork problems so my 1star rating changed to 5 star.

Visited today and spoke with the manager, Karen. She was very helpful and presented many options that fit my needs. Very excited for the potential of this business and it is much needed for the community.
